IMPORTANT OBSERVATION
ABOUT MINERALS

Controversy has arisen regarding the difference between synthetic (person made) and natural vitamins. Some authorities claim that synthetic vitamins are useless, whereas most doctors and nutritionists claim that they have the same usefulness and qualities as natural vitamins. Being as most vitamins (nearly all vitamins sold in health shops, supermarkets, chemists or whatever outlet) are now of the natural kind, we need not worry about this difference .of opinion.

There is no isolation of vitamins in nature, this means we can trust nature to keep us supplied with all the natural vitamins, minerals and trace elements we need for optimum (perfect) health. Whilst nature keeps us supplied, chemists have no reason (apart from costs) to formulate synthetic vitamins.

Vitamins come as vitamin complexes. There are 22 known B – Vitamin factors. There are at least 9 natural Tochopherols in the E vitamin commonly known as mixed Tochopherols. Vitamin C – Complex has 24 known factors, etc. All known vitamins, minerals and trace elements are took into account when compiling the health diet that comes later in the book. Therefore following it can theoretically bring perfect health.

The best way to ascertain whether the vitamin supplements sold by the health shops, etc. Is natural or synthetic, is by reading the labels. Learn how to tell Natural-v-Synthetic so that you will know which is which when you are buying your supplements. It soon becomes obvious which product to buy, the natural before synthetic, so take vitamins as vitamin rich supplements or in complexes. The benefits received are that both known an unknown vitamin are being taken.

GENERAL TIPS ON HOW TO TAKE VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS

RULES:

  1. It is best to take all food supplements and vitamins with meals. The only exception is to take them immediately after, because the body can deal with them better at this time.
  2. Arrange it so that you equally divide the suggested daily amounts of vitamins and supplements among three meals.
  3. If after a prolonged usage of these vitamins and other supplements, there is no change in the way you feel, then as I suggested before, the complaint cannot be vitamin deficiency. So, if you have not already done so, consult a doctor.
