Diabetic Ulcers and Varicose

Varicose veins are quite common and are usually found on the legs in the form of twisted swollen veins just below the skin’s surface. They appear when the defective valves or walls within the veins become weakened and allow the blood to flow backwards and so stagnating within the vein.

Some symptoms include purple-coloured knotted bumps, swollen along the veins and so swelling the legs causing eczema, aching legs, itchy skin and ulceration locally to the area.

Treatments Include

Weight can place strain on the veins, therefore excess weight should be avoided. Another strain on the veins is standing or sitting for long periods. A very good method to ease the pain is to lie on the floor with your legs up above hip level and your feet planted on the wall and avoid crossing the legs. Exercise is good for getting the blood flowing again.

Treatment should begin with a two week juice fast using the specific juices:

  • Carrot juice
  • Citrus fruits and pineapple (all fresh)
  • Fruit juices such as apple
  • Garlic (juiced)
  • Green juice made from comfrey leaves
  • Onion juice

After the juice juice fast of raw foods should be embarked upon with stress on:

  • Fruits
  • Nuts (almonds are beneficial)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Vegetables

Drink lots of fruit and vegetable juices the same sort as on the juice fast. Fresh alfalfa and comfrey have exceptional healing qualities, so they should be incorporated into the diet. Eat as much garlic salt, fresh garlic and onions as is desired.

Beneficial Treatments

Apply the Oil Formula (EXEMOL) to the affected veins sparingly as a little goes a long way and you won’t want to waste it as it is too good to waste :-))

Daily Supplements (Recommended)
Vitamin B6  

50 mg


Vitamin B (complex)  

Take the dosage prescribed by the manufacturer; make sure it is of a natural high potency.


Vitamin C  

Take 1,000 mg daily


Vitamin E  

400 – 800 iu daily


Vitamin F  

Take one tablespoonful of one of the following on a daily basis. Sesame Seed Oil, Flax Seed Oil, or Cold Pressed Soy Bean Oil.



Take 3 tablets daily



2 tablets daily


Natural Multi Vitamins  

Take as prescribed by the manufacturer.



100 mg to be taken 3 times a day


Zinc Gluconate  

30 mg
