Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a metabolic disease therefore the first thing you need to do to treat it is to have the patient go on a cleansing juice fast for 2 to 3 weeks. I always advice this at the start of the treatment. The fast can be repeated after 4 weeks on the health diet.

Too much bathing of the affected area should be avoided and never, ever use soap. If it is possible regular sea water baths are extremely useful. In fact it will also be of use if the affected area was treated regularly with sea water using a cotton wool ball once a day.

In reference to the above if the patient lives near the sea and the temperature deems it possible, sea bathing and exposure to the sun (carefully) is extremely beneficial and a striking improvement will be obvious.

Use my EXEMOL for external application on a regular basis. A little goes a long way, so you don’t need to slop it on. EXEMOL will take away the itching and therefore allow the healing to progress.

Exercise is extremely important so take long walks or whatever sport you wish to do, making sure the affected part is exposed (modesty permitting). Deep breathing exercises are also a means of exercise, so do them as well as the other types of exercise.

If it is not possible for the patient to bathe in the sea then homemade salt water baths are a very good substitute. Another very good system of bathing is to add a half a cup of apple cider vinegar to a normal bath of hot water (this is an acid bath), which will help restore acidity to the skin aiding the restoration of the skin’s health.

Important Dietary Facts

The health diet with emphasis on:

  • Apple juice
  • Cold pressed vegetable oils (virgin)
  • Cranberry juice
  • Flaxseeds
  • Fresh fruits organic if possible
  • Nuts
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Raw sesame seeds
  • Raw vegetables organic if possible
  • Sunflower seeds
  • When improvement is showing then add goat’s milk, yoghurt and homemade cottage cheese to the diet.
FOODS TO AVOID
  • Animal fats
  • Butter
  • Citrus fruits and citrus juices apart from the 2 listed in the health diet list above
  • Eggs
  • Hydrogenated fats
  • Milk
  • Pork
  • Processed foods
  • Refined foods
  • White sugar
Daily Supplements (Recommended)
Vitamin A  

Under doctor’s supervision take 100,000 Units on a daily basis for one month only then reduce to 25,000 iu for 3 months then back to 100,000 iu for a month and 25,000 iu for 3 months etc, etc,

 

Vitamin B6  

100 mg

 

Vitamin B (complex)  

Take the dosage prescribed by the manufacturer; make sure it is of a natural high potency. Make sure they contain Vitamin B12 and Vitamin B6

 

Brewer’s Yeast  

5 tablespoons daily

 

Vitamin C  

Take 3,000 mg daily

 

Vitamin E  

1,200 iu daily

 

Garlic  

3 capsules or as much fresh garlic as desired

 

Kelp  

5 tablets daily

 

Lecithin  

2 teaspoons

 

Natural Multi Vitamins  

Take as prescribed by the manufacturer.

 

Multi Enzyme Digestive Formula  

As directed

 

Ribo-Nucleic Acid  

100 mg in tablet form

 

Whey
