I have to go into much more detail here as there are many pollutants that are killing off this beautiful world of ours. As I have stated before I have been trying for over 25 years to bring all this to the front of peoples’ minds, but was considered some sort of crank for my trouble. Well now it is a well known fact that I have been absolutely correct about this all the time.
You will notice in the section on protection against poisons and toxins I have up until now suggested specific poisons and toxins that are in abundance in the environment. Now that you know what they are or when you get to know what they are and how you can be subjected to them, the measures I have suggested will help protect you and your family against their damaging effect. So if you are subjected to or expect to be subjected to any of these pollutions you will find the information I give is invaluable. The treatments I suggest use only harmless vitamins or food supplements that will minimise or neutralise the effect of the poisons in our environments. We must ward off these health-damaging assaults by pollutants at all costs.
The most dangerous and serious problem that most of us, most of the time are subjected to are not the isolated poisons but the continuous ongoing assault that is coming in from all directions. Every day we are subjected to hundreds of poisons, toxic elements, chemicals and also the worst kind of pollutant, radioactive substances.
The beds we sleep on,  the clothes on our backs, the air we breathe and the water we drink, these are all filled with poisons that none of us can possibly avoid. It doesn’t matter what we do, no matter how much we try, how meticulously we attempt to live poison free lives, even only eating organic food won’t help as poisons get onto that as well. The organic foods are polluted simply by growing in the polluted air and being watered by polluted water and water with chemicals added. The air just about everywhere in the civilised world is at this time seriously contaminated.
Let’s be honest here, these contaminations are here to stay for a very long time, for even if from this moment on, not the tinniest speck of pollutants were ever to be added to our soil, air or water, the existing contaminations that permeate the environment will be here for decades maybe some of them for centuries. Therefore if you are like me, seriously aware of the gravity of our situation, we must make every effort to do as much as possibly can be done to protect ourselves against the poisons that are killing us in our own environment. These poisons can’t be avoided, but that doesn’t mean we can’t protect ourselves against them does it!


Here are the ways we can protect ourselves and survive in the poisonous world that we have created ourselves:
  • My first suggestion is the obvious one. If it is possible don’t live in a city, if you can move out to the country, buy or rent a cottage or a smallholding and if necessary commute for a couple of hours into your place of work. This way you can grow your own poison free foods. Of course I know this is showing you the pipedream, but seriously if you can do it then do it, but if like most of us you have to live in or near the city or large town, get out as much as you can into the smog free air, at least for a few weeks a year if not more, this will give your body, your lungs and liver the chance to regenerate and build up a reserve of health
  • If you must have your clothes dry cleaned make sure that before you wear them they are kept in a ventilated area for several days
  • It is imperative that you stop using any and all the toxic chemicals you are using around your house and garden. Toxics such as:
    • Air fresheners
    • Bug and other insect sprays
    • Cleaning chemical fluids
    • Detergents
    • Fly strips the type that the flies stick to
    • Garden sprays
  • Nearly all the supermarkets now sell organic foods and even though they are usually more expensive. It will be better for you to buy these products than the non-organic type, even with the pollutants explained above being on them. So if you must buy your produce from a supermarket I advise that all your fruits and vegetables should be washed with soap and warm water as to simply rinse them is not good enough. Peel the fruit and vegetables that can’t be washed.
  • Make sure you stick to the health diet as this will ensure you have the maximum protection against the toxicity and poisons of the environment
  • This one is the way I protect myself from the arsenic, DDT and toxins that are found on fruits and vegetables:
    • 3 quarts of water mixed with 1 ounce hydrochloric acid (get from chemist/drugstore) in a glass container (only use glass or some sort of earthenware utensil). Simply put your vegetables into this solution for about five minutes, remove them and rinse thoroughly in some pure water. Store the solution as it can be used many times. It has been said that my formula is too strong and that half an ounce of hydrochloric acid is enough. Each to his own. I use 1 ounce 🙂
You should fortify your diet with food supplements, minerals and vitamins that through intensive research worldwide have been found to have specific detoxifying, neutralising and protective properties that will help you protect yourself against the poisons in the air, food and water around you. These are:
  • Vitamin A as it improves the body’s oxygen use (economises on how much is needed) protecting the body against smog
    • 25,000 iu a day
  • Vitamin B1 protects against lead poisoning.
    • The dosage – 100 mg a day
  • Vitamin B15 helps and gives specific protection against air pollution especially against carbon monoxide
  • Vitamin B-Complex (high potency making sure it has B12) this protects against the chemicals and toxins in foods
  • Vitamin C is the numero uno (number one) of all the anti-toxins and will help your body to combat and withstand the toxin assaults that we are subjected to on a daily basis. It is better at preventing damage and will go a long way to protect the glands and all organs of the body.
    • The dosage – 3,000 mg daily and in acute cases of poisoning from whatever source, the patient should take massive doses of 1,500 mg every hour but not exceeding 10,000 mg a day.
  • Vitamin E this comes second to vitamin C in value as a protector against pollutions in the air, especially carbon monoxide, the ozone and nitrogen dioxide. It also has a beneficial effect of helping the liver with its detoxifying work. It also has the effect of protecting the body against poisons in the air, food and water.
    • The dosage – 600 iu a day
    • a doctor should be consulted if the patient is suffering from heart disease (any heart complaint), high blood pressure or if you want to take a higher dosage than the one I suggest here.
  • Vitamin D as it helps with utilisation of calcium which is an exceptional anti-toxin mineral.
    • The dosage – 2,500 iu units a day
  • Calcium and Magnesium work together in the act of neutralising and passing off of a multitude of toxic poisons such as cadmium, lead, mercury, radioactive iodine and Strontium 90. Make sure does not come from American animal bones as these already contain large amounts of Strontium. For the best supplements of bone meal look for the ones that come from South American bones as these do not have much contamination. The best is bone marrow or bone meal. Dolomite is advisable as it is deep mined and practically free of toxins. Heavy calcium supplementation can reduce the amount of Strontium absorbed in the body by as much as 50%.

The dosages:

      • Calcium – 1,000 mg a day
      • Magnesium – 500 mg a day (a very good source of both calcium and magnesium is bone meal tablets.
